Ergonomic Assessment (EA) considers the relationship between a person and their work environment. Effective EA will improve employee well being, promote employee comfort and will advance productivity, satisfaction, and quality, along with reducing work injuries. EA focuses on designing work stations, tools and tasks toward safety, ease and efficiency.
