Physical Therapy techniques include therapeutic exercise, joint mobilization, range of motion exercise, cardiovascular training, relaxation excises along with modalities including traction, ultrasound, electrotherapy, diathermy, cryotherapy and hydrotherapy.
Physical therapists are well educated with education in anatomy, biology, chemistry, physics, biomechanics, diseases, human growth, examination techniques and therapeutic procedures among others.
